Bishop Webb names new district superintendents

Upper New York Area Resident Bishop Mark J. Webb is pleased to announce the appointment of two new district superintendents. The Rev. Vonda Fossitt, pastor at the High Street United Methodist Church in Binghamton, will be superintendent of the Genesee Valley District. The Rev. Using videos in your church – the legal way

More and more churches are using video clips or movies for worship, family movie nights, and other events. But did you know that a church must have a video license to show movies or video clips, even if it does not charge admission? UNY Conference switches event registration system

The Upper New York Conference has officially transitioned to a more user-friendly event registration system: EventSpot by Constant Contact. It’s “a professional way to promote and manage almost any kind of event for small businesses and organizations,” according to the website. King + King Architects selected to lead Conference center renovation

Casowasco Camp & Retreat Center receives ACA accreditation

Casowasco Camp & Retreat Center in Moravia underwent a reaccreditation process this past summer to maintain its excellent standing with the American Camp Association (ACA) and has received ACA accreditation.
