Personnel Committee
The Conference Committee on Personnel shall be elected and serve in accordance with the provisions of the Plan of Union of The Upper New York Annual Conference and The Book of Discipline of The United Methodist Church. The Committee shall consist of nine persons, with three persons elected to each of three classes. The classes of 2011, 2012, and 2013 were elected in 2010 at the Uniting Session of The Upper New York Annual Conference of The United Methodist Church. The normal, full length term of office (which applies to the Class of 2013 and classes elected to later years) shall be for three years. The Treasurer/Director of Administrative Services, and the Pensions and Health Benefits Officer shall serve ex-officio without vote.
