Bishop tours Oneonta, Binghamton Districts

 Upper New York Area Resident Bishop Dr. Marcus Matthews completed his first round of tour of districts, meeting with the clergy and laity in the Oneonta and Binghamton Districts. The bishop visited Oneonta District on Sept. 28, where he met with the laity at Cooperstown UMC in Cooperstown before meeting with the clergy the following day at 9:30 a.m. at the same church.
